North Kingston Children’s Centre offers a high quality service for parents and carers with children under 5 years of age.

Sure Start Children’s Centres are places where children under 5 and their families can receive seamless integrated services and information, and where they can access help from multi disciplinary teams of professionals.

Stay and Play is a group for parents and carers in the community with children up to the age of five to come and play with your child in a safe and welcoming environment.


            

                                               We love to mix

We offer advice and we will signpost you to services in the borough. We also offer refreshments.

We have monthly visits from Health professionals, the Library, Oral Health Department, the Community Police and more.


The cost is £1.50 per family and we open 9.30 till 11.25 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Toy Library
Stay & Play also has a Toy Library where each child may borrow one toy or one set of toys. Parents and carers will also have the opportunity to also take a book to read to their child as well. Toys may be borrowed for up to two weeks at a time but can be returned and changed
every week.  The cost to join for the year is £10.


Kingston Childminders Association Drop-in
This is held every Monday from 9.00 till 11.45 a.m.
Ofsted registered Childminders and minded children are welcome, also pre-registered Childminders.  For more information, please contact Jill Anderson on 020 8546 6308.


Outreach Facilities
We provide Stay & Play at Kingsnympton Community Centre on Thursdays 9.30 till 11.20 a.m. at a cost of £1.00 per session. We have visitors from the Library, Health Visitors, and Oral Health etc coming on a monthly basis to these groups.

programme according to local and national objectives and standards to the optimum benefit of children, their families and their communities.
